Not the reaction but the extent of the support had SOPA had was way overblown.
Its like KONY 2012 where most people had no idea what SOPA was were going crazy against it.
It didnt have much of a chance to get passed in the first place like hundreds of proposed bills.

The internet will just be upset for a few days and then everyone will fall into line like a go ol' battered wife should. These are fascinating times we live in, people just keep getting fukked from every which way, but they're too preoccupied with other shyt to be even bothered by it. I'm patiently waiting on that special straw that finally breaks the camel's back, but I fear by then it will be too late.
