I'd like an example of a genocide that has good PR. The closet I can think of are:
Our Native American genocide was so popular, our government used to pay private citizens for participating in the genocide.
The ADOS genocide to an extent. Our oppression is the foundation of America but the goal was to subjugate us, not cull our numbers.
The Scramble for Africa. Cacs made a game out of who could carve up most of Africa. Genocide was practically the tool they used to do it. They made a game out of it and had so much fun they started to play in Asia.
