word, thought thread was serious at first, but either way if Netflix does an MLK biopic I will watch once, but I would expect Netflix to do a trash job on a civil rights icon, so I dunno

The Last Samurai got a lot of jokes at the time.

Then I realized that the plural of samurai is samurai.
And the Japanese samurai in the movie were the last of their kind. So the movie made sense.

But still, I get it.
