I can't speak for others, but jokes and Chappelle aren't my issue here. Oh man, I know if I made that thread, it would get bushed so fast. I’ve seen the tactics that CAC use to employ someone who’s black but not threatening. Ideally a woman, LGBT, fat, unattractive. She’ll almost certainly have a white wife/girlfriend. If she’s racially ambiguous then even better.
