It's not the platform, it's the content. Anybody can start a streaming service but what kinda of exclusive content will you provide that i can't get from Netflix?
I feel like the Disney one will actually work because,They got Marvel, Pixer, Starwars, Disney, Fox, ESPN, ABC, & A&E. Which is lowkey more stuff that i like than Netflix has. In fact i think if netflix want's to compete long term they might need to acquire cbs and warner bros. So they can counter Starwars with StarTrek and marvel with DC, otherwise i'm jumping ship completely. Unless they get lucky and make an original franchise on their level. (Which i doubt)

Assuming Dame has the technology to run all of this (because otherwise it's null and void 
) I'd go with a profit share 50/50 strategy with all content creators.
Go to comedians like HahaDavis and offer him a platform for a show if he films it etc. Full creative control, just get the episodes to us and we will 50/50 profit share your views (much higher than youtube will ever get)
There are a ton of independent content creators that use youtube, get them on your platform and then go to advertisers with the full lineup and shoot your shot at a huge bag
Someone like Mo'Nique could bring her standup to this platform
