Netflix keeps releasing trash to mediocre originals, as well as losing quality content from other studios. I really don't see a need to pay for them year round, especially with increasing prices, my family is lucky they use it more than me and I'd feel bad cutting it off, disrupting their service. But I'm ready to throw it in the bushes

Quite frankly, I'm gonna go back to cable, TV didn't do the streaming thing right. Everyone wants their own service, that's stupid. That's like if instead of spotify or apple who have access to music from all the labels, the labels all individually had their own streaming service, people aint paying for all this standalone crap - this applies to all the news sites that want you to subscribe individually as well

it's not going to be "worth it" for much longer. Their originals are mostly trash. Disney will be out and WB will be out. They will only be able to stream AMC shows, past shows and bargin bin movies

Let's see how "worth it" it is once Disney+ and WB/HBO are up and running.
