Nepotism not racism.

But nepotism is a tool of racism in many cases. Not this one tho

Because he would easily say KD and Kyrie were in favor of it.

This was Mark's man in PX during their time together. I don't think it has much more than to do with that.
no one in managment wants to give the impression that the players are making decisions on any team.

if durant and kyrie wanted someone else, nash wouldnt of got the job

Can you or anybody give info about this? :ohhh:

There's a Mark Jackson thread on here that has a lot of info on it. Couldn't find it with a quick search, hopefully someone can locate it.

But what I posted in that thread was that I listen to ESPN radio out here in LA and one show has the Laker announcer John Ireland. His co-host asked why Mark hasn't gotten another shot and he was told that quite a few teams had him high on their candidate list and they would call the Warriors for feedback. Once they heard the wild shyt he did that was a wrap.

Long list but apparently he banned front office from attending practices, took Curry to church to heal his ankles, said something about praying the gay away... And more :russ:

- he made festus cry by trying to turn the team on him by lying
- tried to do a us vs front office mentality
- told Jerry West to not show up at practices
- wouldn’t let assistant coaches talk to press because they might steal his job
- pushed mike Malone out because paranoid Malone would get his job
- said Harrison Barnes was possessed by a demon for his poor play
- said I will pray for him when Collins came out as gay (multiple gay people in warriors)

There’s much more. Teams call the warriors to get back info and once they find these types of things out, there is a reason he can’t even get an interview

Didn't he not want to play Andrew Bogut because he don't believe in God?

Mark Jackson should've believed in setting moving picks he'd still have a coaching job
and my personal favorite
REASON 3: Jackson once brought Steph Curry to his church and “healed” his sprained ankle with magic oil. He then made Curry jump up and down to prove that it worked.

:gucci: church people are crazy

From a basketball standpoint I don’t like the hire because of how high the stakes are. It’s one thing for Nash to become a coach of a young team (Suns) trying to break into the offs but it’s an enitrely different ball game when he is going to be asked to bring a title home immediately (2 years max) and in charge of the KD’s last years coming off a career threatening injury. I think it’s just too risky. Only time will tell.

Stephen A Smith is really on some clown shyt for bringing up black coaches. He knows damn well this was a decision likely spurred by KD and Kyrie just as much as the FO but decided he needed clicks and headlines so he creates some easy controversy out of shyt that shouldn't be played with. That whole ESPN cesspool of attention seeking talking heads is disgusting
