that, or don't eat bacon at all. turkey bacon not adding anymore years to people's lives as an alternative. it's like drinking diet coke thinking thats heathly.

yep, turkey bacon is very high in saturated fat and sodium. it's not reccommended to eat more than a single serving every week.
reduced sodium pork bacon actually has less.
