The sad part in all of this. The knowledge of how to raise and slaughter these animals is dying with the old generation. As we age, this will be all we know. They will make old school, grass fed cows unhealthy and force more of this BS our way.
Don't buy that "organic" stuff either. It's all mass produced. Same goes for you vegetarians. If you are NOT raising it from seed (plant or animal), assume you are eating some amount of BS.
