Brother made some good points. But the only way to avoid some of the health implications he outlined from fried chicken and other similar foods, would be to grow, raise and slaughter your own food...or buy directly from a reputable farmer.

Alot of the fruits & veggies in the supermarkets & restaurants are tainted as well and made from GMO's.
