That 50% divorce rate is misleading. The older you are the more educated you are (if you don't have a previous marriage) your divorce rate it not 50%. Also, what percentage of men who fight for custody actually get it. When my parents divorced he did NOT want primary custody. WHoever has the kids should get the house and most the resources.

This is based on the baby boomer generation... the divorce rate for college graduated people is 30%

This is a canard. No black woman especially is given the option of work outside or inside the home.

A man could support his whole family on less than five dollars a day back in the day. The marriage rate was at ninety percent.

I just think women who stay home expect a lavish lifestyle in order to be a loving wife.

However when we had stronger families our quality of life was not as good as today.

Therefore women don't want to settle for less in order to be a stay at home wife.
