You mean they never show black people doing what original man has been doing since the beginning of time. Who taught the white man to navigate the America's? A white boy?? They were dying from the common cold (and took many natives along the way with their garbage ass immune system)
They also never show people of color excelling in math, as innovators and creators---but we've always been that. I will not bestow the white man with all things great. They are not saviors of any kind.
Travel the world (not just the tourist spots in USA and the Caribbean) and you will see the locals will be your guide--who will show you the way in YOUR OWN language-->because we never learned theirs

NC got some dope outdoor shyt. Especially in the western part of the state.I've done rafting on the Nantahala twice. That shyt was fun AF. Used to go to Brevard and hike/camp in the Pisgah National Forest too. I got into it after trying to low key get my ex to work out.
That didn't work and since then I've actually got into doing outdoor shyt. It clears my head like no other. Plus some of them cabins can be fun if you can find the right freaks to take with you. Them shyts is the best 300+ you can spend for a fun wknd. I rented one outside Highlands back when I was in NC. Me and my dude had 3 chicks from UNCC we took up there, bought along a few bottles, half oz of loud and a 3.5 of powder. Them chicks was wasted cleaning the table with they face and eating each other out in the hot tub. Fun times
