Always keep your cards close to your chest.

What I mean by that is any plans you have in mind (what your gonna buy, if your gonna get a new job, where you plan on traveling)

Haters will definitely have something slick to say about it.

Friends will have something to say about it, especially if they are jealous.

Even family will try to talk you out of it.

I have so many plans and moves but bc I dont talk about it a lot of my family thinks im a slacker & I could give less of a fukk. They think Im content but Im actually leveling up & dont see the fruits of my labor until I actually do it.

Family are the worst offenders. They’ll try to talk you out of doing something for very selfish reasons to the point you don’t wanna even do it anymore.

And you can miss out on opportunities that can change ur life for the better.

For example, you could have friends and family talk you out of getting a better paying job & moving out just so they can keep you around/they don’t want to see you leave. Selfish reasons. Or your talking about a future purchase & a jealous friend talk you out of it cuz he dont wanna see you outshine him.

Always be action orientated. Dont talk about it be about it.
