When I was in high school this happened to me at a friend of a friend's house with a kid who was gone of Xanax

I immediately threw two right hands at him, they landed clean and flush, he didn't he even try to block them or move. I grab him by the back of the neck with my right hand, and I twist up his left arm. His right hand is free but he can't really throw and he'd have no range of motion but with my right hand on his neck the right elbow is elevated to neutralize any potential attack from that angle. I throw his head down on the hood of a car parked in the drive way and I say ... "Do you know what I can do to you right now"

His father was my football coach when I was younger, none of this was my intention, his behavior came out of nowhere. The next day my friend also punched him twice on the basketball court
