I think that it depends on the tattoo, where it is placed, how many she has , and whether or not she covers it.

I think that women who tattoo their whole body with nonsense and tattoo their breast are just ratchet/tacky. I hate when women ruin their bodies with ugly tattoos. I could never tattoos on my breast.

If it's a nicely done tattoos on her wrist, ankle, or shoulder then I see nothing wrong with it. On the other hand those big ugly tattoos are just ewwww.

Personally I feel like black women should lay off the tattoos. We have beautiful skin and don't need all of that stuff. White girls and Asian girls can pull it off because they have boring skin so they need tattoos to make their skin look interesting. I've never seen a white person or Asian person with beautiful radiant skin. The closest to that would be the asians of a darker complexion. I think that if you are a black person especially of a certain complexion you need to leave the tattoos alone.It takes away from the beauty of the skin.

nothing wrong with tattoos....as long as there nicely done.......i think u actually can learn alot about a person with good tattoos....ppl with quality think highly of themselves vs somebody with a whole bunch of cheap ghetto joints
