Alright breh advice, stay busy and stay active,at least until you have the willpower to sit in front of the computer without jerking off out of boredom, go out and drink with your boys, been doing this way more than I have in forever, get a hobby, I rap, lift weights and play ball, take some time to learn something that can benefit you. I've been learning about the forex market/trading currencies, the most important part is staying busy until you have that willpower, if you don't have a girl go talk to women, get numbers, set up dates so at least you have prospects that you can talk too and may fukk, just to keep your mind off of pixels, most important part is staying busy until you have the necessary willpower to withstand the urge to beat off and even when you do, it's still good to stay busy, will I go back and jerk off again? probably not, I've seen so much growth in myself these past few months, but is there a chance I will? for sure.. do I have the urge to do it? Once every blue moon, and it's not a strong desire, just a wandering though I can easily dismiss... another tip is be careful about watching half naked women, whether its IG or these rating threads, or youtube videos because that shyt will lead you to watching more loosely dressed women and then eventually watching full blown, edging, especially early on

Yeah that hobby thing is def needed in my life. I did study and read a lot more when I was going for those 40 days. Thanks for the advice. Hopefully it reaches the eyes and ears of the person who seeks to change their lives..n/h
