I can see why the trolling and thread derailing hurts the forum. People have their console preference and feel the need to bash the others. Maybe stricter modding would work but who knows. I think it should be more about the games and not the threads. I agree with that game night idea. I thought that one was jumping off back when the consoles were released. I remember a thread being made. I just got both of mine recently so I don't know if that was going on and got cancelled or what. I like that league thing that is going on for sports games. Maybe you guys can have weekly tournaments too. Like they had in the booth for the beats and rapping but like a Madden tourney or mlb tourney. Maybe folks put down coli cash and winner get it.

I mainly ignore or skip the trolling so I don't know who's doing it the worse but some are more frequent than others. People complained about dboy but he was the one keeping the forum going. He was always posting informative threads and starting discussions. I think that posters like @Kamikaze Revy are doing a great job especially with the video game sales thread. I see a few others on here that are serious about their gaming and it shows. But my question is how do you stop trolling of people's opinions? What I've noticed is let's say it's a topic on some game. Op has it and mentions the ps4 version. Another poster mentions that the x1 version is better. Which there's nothing wrong with preference but it develops into a half page discussion on why my console version is better when it's the exact same game. But of course, everyone's gonna be used to the console they play on. Nobody will buy the same game for both.

Honestly, you can't let the trolls or competition get to you. If you see a thread saying the Larry lost or ps4 lost, don't get your feelings upset. Not like it's your company anyways. I don't know, maybe I'm rambling lol. I just think we need somebody that can step up and keep the forum moving like it should be.
