The arcadium doesn't have this problem which is what's ironic.

TLR is basically whatever goes and there's shyt said there in response to white supremacist things going on in the real world. Is this just a case of not wanting those who feel some way to voice their issues because it makes certain group of people uncomfortable? because most of the time when this " problem" is brought up black folks are being blamed and pointed at for something they're experiencing.

Let's not pretend that there aren't race issues on this website, and that can affect how this forum is perceived.

If someone is new, and sees how casually some posters are allowed to attack other posters for not being black (the anti-spanish and anti-asian slurs are especially noticeable), I can't really blame them for not feeling that type of behavior.

I mean, I get it. The real world disenfranchises people enough, and I understand when people are frustrated, but you have folks that OD on the hate speech in truly disgusting ways.

Don't delude yourselves into thinking that some people (typically the attention whores and shytposters) go overboard with the shyts. @Reinscarf is proof the idiocy is practically endorsed, just throwing racist nonsense out there for literally no reason.

That said, I typically keep it moving. But call a spade a spade. There's most definitely a problem.

Seriously. Mods/admins did nothing to blackthoughts for saying racist things to Hispanics. But banned me for like a month just cause I didnt care about some Becky saying "nikka" I'm not even making this up

The forums are like states with their own laws. The states have different cultures from one another. People who just want to talk shyt about everything happening in the world or on their and other people's minds have their place but their culture should not encroach on other forums.

If TLR was moderated like the film room, the coli would suffer.

Word I get that, but that doesn't mean racist rhetoric should be a common place in other sections. We first need to acknowledge that there is a problem. If we aren't seeing eye to eye in that then also maybe the community understands there are different sides to the coli but maybe an outsider doesn't. I'm sure arcadium isn't the first place an outsider goes to either. We have to be mindful of that.

Most definitely I can see it even with myself. I def miss the close knit community. I was here since the beginning and man literally after the first rep war everything got diluted.


That's cool but this needs to be a broadband site thing. Also there are characters with way more than 20 posts that are doing this now and have huge influence over other members. You gotta get on the vets just like the noobs. I got friends who are mods. I know @MMSex is a mod this seriously needs to be brought up in y'all section on how we can stop with the hate.

Ima be honest, I don't know how much clout you have. I know you're a ps4 fan boy that's about it. I don't know how much influence you have or the clout to even be a person to tell other people things and they listen. So with that being said you're being naive to the fact that you know literally who is behind every screen name. You are also assuming there is merit behind every racist remark being thrown around here. There isn't any. You can't point to a group and say you're racist because they say/do racist things and then turn around and say/do racist things in retaliation and think that's not racist or hate either. They are both WRONG.

Self policing but also calling a spade a spade. It is touchy but there should be some efforts into preventing this site to go down the SOHH path. I hear you about getting back on track with the new mod but I think this goes hand in hand my dude. One left literally because of it

And nah I don't really stream like that or record myself playing to look at myself playing later. I'd rather just play.
I do a lot outside of gaming too. If a person who streams on a weekly basis is important to you, then I'm definitely not the mod you're look for.
