Oh, he just got tired of the trolling on the forum and was upset that the forum was viewed as "racist" on other sites. He said it's been going on for a few months. He said he didn't find the jokes funny anymore and was ready to move on. He said he'd still keep in contact with certain members, but he "retired" (as it says in his avi). There was a mini-nintendo debacle and such too (but I didn't follow that thread that much to tell what really happened)

Arcadium really doesnt need someone to rule w/ an iron fist like that, shyt's suppose to be fun & games.I'd allow trolling if it's all fun and games. Some posts/threads would be shut down if they get outta hand, but I'd be a pretty lenient mod. I'd only shut down obvious troll threads. I think the arcadium is fine, minus some unfortunate threads. I think the forum is fun and games (which includes trolling). I'd allow it as long as it wasn't obvious trolling to derail a thread. If it got out of hand, I'd shut it down. But I realize half the fun of this forum is the console wars. I wouldn't try to stop that, unless it got real serious.

I'm not into gaming like that but i'm thinking it was big enough news to be stuck. The thread was active already when i saw it, but me personally i'm overlooking a thread w/ a fukked up title like that lol.Mods should also feature threads on the front page (whenever we get that back fixed) to bring posters into the Arcadium that might not normally come here. They might post in this subforum more making it more active. I think thats what helped The Film Room. I would feature popular shows like an hour or so before new episodes aired every week. It was good before, but more people started posting there after.
There's potential in the Arcadium. I wont sell hope, rely on shock value, and hold onto ideas unless I'm voted to get a banner like man cub is.
I brought the idea to BK before and I'll say it again here. The coli has a lot of people passionate about the culture and social issues. The Arcadium could hold tournaments for charity. For example, each person enters a Street fighter tournament for $20. All the money goes into a pot. The winner gets a special banner (Elite Gamer maybe.
We like throwing reviews from other sites around. Why don't we have a few notable posters write down their own official coli reviews on new games and have those reviews stickied during the first 2 weeks of the games release?
Why haven't we set off the official coli gamer stream yet. People are always playing something. All we have to do is rotate users and we can have something streaming at least once a week easy and bring traffic to the Arcadium.
We've had a few black devs (shouts to AI for his work too) come through but they don't get much attention. Why haven't we given them more shine and interviewed them. Have them share their ideas and stories. My man @Blacksands is on here all the time. We could start with him.
