I don't believe the Arcadium has a race issue. TLC is terrible though. And I share the same sentiment with Liquid. I don't think most people who make "racist" remarks on this site are indeed racist. They just believe it's funny. The problem is it's gotten out of hand. It's hard to have an intelligent conversation about race on this site without someone randomly throwing the word "cac" or other racist terms out there. People say this site is a reflection of how they talk with their friends and family. How often are some of you just blatantly insulting people of the opposite race with your family? Because it's not something that I do or even feel comfortable doing.

As far as the topic itself is concerned. A lot of people seem to be saying "Hey put me as a mod and I'll bring xyz discussion to the forum". What's stopping you from doing it now? Do you want the forum to be moderated differently or do you just want better threads to be made? Because the latter can be done at any time. Do you only want to spend time making this forum better if you're in a position of power? Serious question here. If you were made mod, what would you do differently that you couldn't do as a regular poster now?

My policy is open door. My policy is value added. I keep my ear to the demands of the board members and the ones that are agreed upon to add the most value I present to the owners for approval. Some of your ideas may cost money and money doesn't grow on trees so whatever the idea is has to make sense to the owners. If it's as simple as organizing and setting up links to congregate around content fine. If it costs money, I will do my best to fight for good ideas and inform you if your idea is a fukk outta here.
