My policy is open door. My policy is value added. I keep my ear to the demands of the board members and the ones that are agreed upon to add the most value I present to the owners for approval. Some of your ideas may cost money and money doesn't grow on trees so whatever the idea is has to make sense to the owners. If it's as simple as organizing and setting up links to congregate around content fine. If it costs money, I will do my best to fight for good ideas and inform you if your idea is a fukk outta here.

I really would like more team gaming threads. Especially with cross platform multi-player becoming a thing ( SFV) as an example. I guess that's kind of out of your hands and up to people who have the games. But I think it was you who made the Rainbow 6 thread where everyone was teaming up. Also more promotion of indie black game devs and their products so we can support and see ourselves in the narrative.
