Speaking of super soldiers that john walker should be much stronger super soldier than steve, or any of the others. He got the newest most advanced version, and he was the only one to get one that was special ops when he got ityes.
also that film was produced under separate management and they remixed it to try to improve it.

But you got to remember Steve was small and sickly when he got his. Yeah he's a good man made great, but that serum is doing most all the heavy lifting. No pun intended.the original was supposed to be the purest and "best" . the rest being "knockoffs"
The new serums and processes are still doing great work. Look at Luke Cage and the Hulk(s). And Bucky tanked the Cap Shield when Steve threw it. But Steve got slid when Buck threw it back.
