This shyt was HEAVY. It’s been a minute since I’ve seen the feeling represented in a film. They knew exactly what they were doing releasing it during mental health awareness month.

Very impressed with how they layered, imo, a very important message, into a fun movie. If you’ve been through some shyt and your ppl saw you through it, you’re gonna really resonate with this one

That Sentry fight on YouTube:

Them scurrying back to the elevator after realizing they were no match had me :dead:

Couldn't help but think of Yeun after Valentina got that invincible line off. The meta-ness would've been wild had he stayed put. More than satisfied with Pullman tho, he killed it.

Was anyone else expecting
I'm also surprised that Roxxon, Marvel's top corrupt company, hasn't been in the MCU yet
Roxxon haa actually been mentioned in alot of movies. According to Google: all 3 Iron Man movies, Thor, Daredevil, Agents of SHIELD, Cloak and Dagger, Agent Carter, Loki Season 1 and She-Hulk

Was this any good? Thinking I'll see Sinners again before this, but might go anyway if it's decent.

This was a pretty good

Definitely one of the best post-end game

they still not beating the allegations though , you can see the play being set up. Chris Evans coming back , us agent is a hero now… they about to knee cap tf out Sam Wilson. You can see how meticulous some of the shots and overall cinematography and visual effects went into this compared to BNW. Marvel has no intentions of making another successful Black-led film. It is what it is at this point though. :mjpls:

Bruh couldn't get out of the other side of the car when that big-ass boulder hit

Just got out of the theater about an hour ago, I came away very impressed with this one and had no expectations coming in. Florence Pugh killed this and carried this shyt, Pullma was dope here too. I was debating catching this in theater vs maybe just waiting for streaming but the trailers really didn't do it enough justice, good heartfelt Marvel joint.

Sentry I assume going forward is use in case of extreme emergency since he's OP as fukk and you get the Void with him:jbhmm:

F4 tease I kinda expected in that 2nd post credit scene

The end
when Sentry fighting the Void slowly turning into the Void and the team rallies around him was so good:mjcry::ohlawd:

This was worth seeing it in the theatre. Probably the best since the last Guardian movie.

Before I get into the spoiler, I must say that the most impressive thing is this did not feel like a Marvel/Disney movie at parts. Some parts had that X-Men/Fox feel. Then at some parts it felt like a certain Amazon show. The main flaw is they dialogue you to death at some parts. Near the end it's cool (the dialogue). But some parts I was ready to fall asleep :flabbynsick:

Villian- Finally a good Marvel villain Post Thanos. Valetina is smart. Don't care. She was willing to kill all those nggas. And at the end she won
Robert. Not familiar with the comics so I had no idea where this was going. I mean, I knew he wasn't some regular person from the jump. But I had no idea he was gonna to be like Homelander/Superman. I was blown away. The Void stuff was dope. Especially when I thought he killed that little girl. And the Homelander battle was dope as well. If I read the comics though maybe I wouldn't have been as impressed
Wendell Pierce is Wendell Pierce. You know what your getting from him.
Winter Soldier. The motorcycle scene/reintroduction was dope.
John Walker- If JD Vance was a superhero. Glad he was getting sonned.
Red Guardian- Yeah, he's over the top with the constant jokes but it's cool.
Yelena- A female leader but it didn't feel forced. It didn't feel like some feminist crap. She did her thing and she had depth.
Ending- Now, the last "battle" was dope. That mental health battle is what alot people experience including myself, so I can relate
But :camby: at calling them the New Avengers, Ngga Bird had the right to sue them.

Just left seeing this and it works solid film that was good but I won’t watch again. In the theater it fits much better than watching at home. It was a very mature movie the fact they mentioned meth use was wild. I think David Habour was great kinda like an avatar for the audience and his character was getting claps throughout the movie.

Just got back...IMO, best MCU flick since End Game. Part of me want to say since Infinity War but you get the jist. Yelena did her thing and I like to tie in with mental health and struggling with depression. Valentina is a horrible person...good lord.

I wish they showed more about Bob's addiction issues. Would definitely recommend seeing this.

The only criticism, they make red guardian too goofy.
