They do, but it's the sacrifice for better eye health breh. I got a good fit on my specs so usually they don't even slip when I'm sweating, but yeah they are definitely are a hindrance. Unfortunately retinal detachment seems to run in my family so I think ima be getting surgery whether I like it or not
