I know he grew up there. But that's the suburbs. Thats tourist beach town. Right next to it is the urban part of this area Norfolk. That's where the kids around here need the most help. I live around here it's a dope idea just not a good location if he wants to reach people who need the most help reaching their potential. I'm just thinking maximum impact because va beach is like the furthest place possible away from the hoods around here.
