shyt is actually decent..I wish he could go back to the faster pace flow from 04-08...but his storytelling is still top notch. That TV record is genius :whew:

I think he might be getting there though, when he got out that nikka was rappin slow as shyt:dahell:

4 years without a studio will do that.

My biggest gripe with his new shyt is the lack of that regional Louisiana gangsta sound in his beats. Dudes music just SOUNDED like the soundtrack to N.O and BR hoods..now he's spitting over generic trap shyt 80% of the time.

Nah, this ain't old Boosie exactly.

These new beats he fukkin with changed his flow for me, he doesn't have that same quick pace that he did when he was younger like on the Bad Azz series, Thug Passion, Da Beginning, etc. I swear depending on which way he goes on this new run, Boosie gon be Jordan on the 2nd threepeat or Jordan on the Wizards. Webbie done tho, he steve nash on the Lakers status it's sad cuz he was damn near on Boosie level at one point. It's clear Boosie's not the same with the flow but the content is still vintage Boosie. I'm just sad that the Boosie/Z-Ro collab came half a decade too late, if they'd made an ABN style mixtape album it would've gone down as a fukkin classic. :banderas:

I can't stop playing "Menace II Society", that shyt is fukkin powerful. This that real shyt, thank you Boosie the streets been starving for that raw shyt. Got me really making the :wow: face. Some nikkaz really ain't meant to relate to real shyt. Guide these young nikkaz to something better Boosie. :wow:

We not pullin that plug on Webbie yet:damn:

And Webbie definitely used to be above boosie to me up until after Savage Life 2....I dont think Boosie can ever top Savage Life 1 for me....The nostalgia on that album will give a nikka withdrawl symptons from missin the thuggin:mjcry:

i didnt listen to Webbie back in the day, so maybe im unaware that he fell off super hard, but i thought his verse was pretty good.

One of the best flows in hiphops history in his prime:mjcry:

I feel you on that and agree, but I cant argue the results RECENTLY have been great:banderas:...But I felt the exact same way when he got out he was going with the generic trap sound....I just knew when I heard that beat for "Every Diss" and heard B Will snap,i just knew Boosie was gon give us that vintage flow:wow:,but he didn't .

I think Boosie got a star wit B Will, nikka one of my favorites right now and one of the most versatile rappers of this decade easily,no hyperbole:blessed:
Going from talking bout leaving nikkas brains on jewella ave to talking bout third eye spirituality and shyt:wow:
He's one of those rappers that could make a good song with anyone

That Webbie verse hurt:mjcry:,I heard him recently and thought he was getting back to his old self with the flow:banderas:

And Boosie definitely got that rawness back,I thought it was a wrap for this nikka....I wasn't really likin none of the shyt he released post jail, the flow just didn't sound right, sounded a little too polishedcommercial:patrice:?....But now he got the rawness back, the bounce in the flow is back....I went from thinkin he was another rapper who lost it after prison,to having to say he might be the best in the game right now...Future obviously in the picture for me still, but boosies last 3 projects>>>Futures last 3 imo.

Nah, Boosie always been better than Webbie if you look back on it. Webbie had a run where he was damn near equal to Boosie on some Kobe/T-Mac type shyt. But his subject matter was never as diverse consistently, he didn't have the same output, all Webbie really had over Boosie was flow/delivery and his voice was more bearable to people. Aside from that, Boosie been better than Webbie from the jump and off break the Bad Azz series(especially Vol 2) and Thug Passion better than SL1 to me.

Plus you can't put up Adios to argue Webbie case, he fell off at SL3 but by SL2 he wasn't even rappin as savage as he did before. Webbie my nikka I'm not even tryna make it seem like he wasn't never shyt he had a mean run but Boosie was the true talent between the two of them. Listening to this new tape sorta proves that, Boosie clearly isn't what he was and he's still better than 99.9% of the Rap game right now. Just shows how exceptional he's been through the years.

This is the dumbest shyt I've ever heard lmao....Gates better at wordplay, lyrics, flow, hooks, energy and everything else...

Boosie only have better subject matter...and talk about better issues...but in terms of skills...y'all some dumb muthafukkas on here

Mista Cain is a better rapper than Boosie while Gates is the best rapper to come out Louisiana since prime Weezy

Webbies flow and delivery was so much better than Boosies to me I gotta go with Webbie....Im not mad at somebody saying Webbie though,he did have more content as well rounded as Webbie was too....He didn't have as much of the emotional heartfelt shyt, but that was part of his appeal is that he was unapolagetically savage in every topic:banderas:....Whether it was songs for the chicks he gave you the savage version, club records he gave you the uncut savage version that probably shouldn't be allowed on radio:pachaha:..You might could say Boosie was the true artist out of the too,but not the star and not neccesarily the talent.....I guess you cant argue with the results over time, but peak for peak, the fact Webbie could give you commercial smashes for the clubs, the ladies and the streets....I think outside factors contributed to Webbie falling off,so I cant say he wasn't the talent Boosie was....it sucks they cant both still be killin shyt regardless:mjcry:

This dude said Boosie last 3 tapes was fukking with Future last 3 and said he's the best in the game right now...:russ:

U really think dude is a better rapper than Gates?:heh:

Futures last 3 PROJECTS was Evol,Purple Reign and WATTBA:snoop:?even if you include Dirty Sprite instead of the Drake collabo,In My Feelins is as good if not better than Dirty Sprite I fukk with both equally though....and Thug Talk and Out My Feelins is better than Purple Reign and Evol which I only played twice maybe.

And yes he is a better rapper than Gates, you just said Gates got a better flow and delivery which tells me you probably never listened to Boosie....I haven't listened to all of gates shyt, but That ol generic azz flow Gates uses that Ive heard aint impressive, heard it from a lot of other nikkas, his wordplay never been amazed by what I heard....Gates supposed to be a real nikka right?supposed to be the hardest right? If that's what he sells himself is he should be spittin the realest shyt, and the hardest shyt right?Well Boosie blowin his azz out the water:sas1:

And you said it yourself has REALER and better content, btw fukk that peurto rican c00n Kevin Gates and anybody who love em:mjlol:

I gotta respectfully disagree with some of your points @StillNotSoft but I definitely wish they woulda stayed that skilled. Webbie's drop off is way more dramatic than Boosie's, Boosie got locked up for years and dodged death more than once but he's at least still making a lot of the same shyt that made him popular. Webbie ain't been savage on the mic since Survival Of The Fittest, I'm sure he's still a savage in his life but on that rap shyt he bout as tough as a bowl of soggy cereal. :to:
