Nah. Bouyon. Dominica, Guadeloupe, St Vincent(largely faded out today) and a couple other islands where French creole black folks settled. There can be soca elements mixed in but not always. Their French patois is fairly unique, different from Haitian, different from old Nawleans, different from damn near everywhere else the French language took a foothold.
