I didn't notice, but Wendell Odom already released the official study guide for the new entry CCNA certification.

After giving it much hard thought this past day I'm just gonna study and attempt to pass the new standard.

Why rush to pass the old standard and make certification progression that more convoluted for no reason?

I didn't notice, but Wendell Odom already released the official study guide for the new entry CCNA certification.

After giving it much hard thought this past day I'm just gonna study and attempt to pass the new standard.

From what I've seen online that's just ICND1 and ICND2 delivered in one parcel like a 2-for-1 promotion. It's still just two books. However, with the new certification study guide both are already comprised into one book with new chapters added and some others omitted or simply just moved to another certification track.

This is what I'm looking at, breh. The book was released about 3 weeks ago.

I believe this is the new study guide. @BeachBum Unreal is this the right book to study with like the old Cisco ICND1 and ICND2 study guides.

Also, it's "free" to read 100% on Safari /O'Reilly Books and that's where I'm reading it from as I know a friend with an account.

I saw it on the US Amazon store too.




Don't forget to study Python on the side. I'm gonna take a bootcamp or a short vocational course in it next summer to formally take my skills to the next level. It will look better on your CV than self-studying because you need someone to vouch for your skills.

elaborate breh, I'm working on this now (old one) and I'm trying to get this test completed within a month, I'm study all day and night since I'm on unemployment.

What will the changes be compared to the older ones?

breh u still got time , no? why not schedule it like normal college. Start of school year : September ...Midterm : October .. Finals : December ... that way you still got until February to cop the cert.
