As for his performance at MS: Nobody in the IT press thought he'd be a good CEO. He wasn't a good CEO in terms of keeping MS relevant. However, MS did keep churning out profits during his reign, but it's turned into an IBM type company with global and massive reach without any popular regard.

As for his crackheadedness: Ive been watching this guy act like a fukking idiot for years. His "Developers" video is an ug classic.
