Like him or not Hayes is a great talker. They should've just had him cut a passionate "we're all one and the same at the end of the day" rah rah speech at some point during the induction and it would've been a much more effective way to do what they're trying to do here. If he knocked it out of the park the speech would make the media/social media rounds.
