Kevin Parker really did his thing with the original beat so anything that uses it as a sample is going to be hard.

As far as Dom goes, I think I'm getting used to his post-stroke flow because this is something I can groove to. I still wish he would've flowed like he flowed on part 2 in part 1 though.

At the end of the day Dom was never a heat spitter, he dripped sauce over dope beats, and killed the game on some vibe shyt. He's using the same formula now, but that new flow is throwing people off because you have to let the beat shine with that strategy and he's so choppy it distracts from it.

I'm still an appreciator of his music, and ftwswl 1 & 2 and the Yellow Album are personal faves that my future youth will know the lyrics to so I got nothing but love and goodwill for the brother.
