ehhhh ok... honestly the lighting though looks great. I watched it on a better source and yeah it looks good. No denying it. So we'll see. But it may not need that framerate... But we'll see.

As far as I know, there never was any explicit confirmation that the game will have extreme weather conditions or dynamic rain/snow right now.

so all the times people were comparing Driveclub to Forza, and saying Forza has no weather cycles, it was because Driveclub has some dynamic clouds?

forza doesn't have night, rain. and has baked lighting.

DC has night, and dynamic lighting since it has day /night cycles which are controllable in lapses.
