I can't say Drake has peaked without listening to his latest album. After it drops, that's when we can decide. But we can agree those two singles were mediocre. :francis:

Thats some real talk.

I think all emcees have duel versions. One they used when they fell in love with the art...and the other they use to put food in their families belly.

I just wish the version people used when they fell in love with the art was the same version that fed them.

I was listening to Jay Z the other day, shyt like the song Amercian Gangsta, Poppin Tags, Brooklyn's Finest, mad shyt though and then I put on La Familia, see such a massive drop off, it was just lazy and conformist, it's sad cause Jay is 1 of the all time greats and talented but when he does shyt like that can be real cringeworthy. That's got to be 1 of the worst Jay songs I've heard, I was playing the songs to someone to try and explain a point to them about Jay. I respect the body of work song wise he's put out and what he's done but the last album really was a fall off and at times cringeworthy, I still think he has it in him to come back well but it's whether he has the passion anymore or not.
