I don't think Joe looks drugged out btw. Now the other time when he was on First Take looking crazy a couple years ago, blinking every other second? Yea...but not right now or as of late IMO.

yup, around the time No Love Lost dropped it was obvious. not saying he hasn't been using something lately, but it's definitely not as obvious. and definitely not in that hot97 interview like people were saying.
