EGM reports that Friday the 13th will be an asymmetrical multiplayer game that lets players choose between Jason or the survivors. It's targeting an October release, but the studio behind it has not been announced. For the time being, it's only said to be an experienced studio, with more details due in the coming weeks.

The classic slasher movie has a few updates in the works, between a movie rebootand a new TV series. Fellow horror icon Michael Myers was immortalized in games last year, as downloadable content for Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Would have loved Creative Assembly to jump on something like this after the justice they brought to the Alien franchise after Isolation.
'Until Dawn' may be a better slasher than this, but I'll read reviews and go from there when this drops.

this could be a dope game if they play it right

make it a horror first of all. scary as shyt even online.. real dark and gloomy

5 vs 1 or some shyt

jason is superpowered tho so he can eat a few bullets, knife and all that.. he also can see in the dark and has super hearing and speed

as the kids or whatever. you gotta sneak around, and grab/make weapons, and avoid jason. you can't hear him, but when he's closer, you hear that choo choo choo ahh ahh ahh and your controller vibrates.. you gotta either kill him or make it off the level






but of course none of this will happen and it'll be some cheesy shyt

I would try my fukking hardest to keep him alive just because he was the only black video game character back in the 1980's , I would somehow only end up with Mark ,Debbie and slow ass Paul as my last characters alive each time.

A Michael Myers or Jason survival horror game would be
I think it'd have gamers even more tense than Isolation because you wouldn't hear them coming.
They move silently, especially Michael ,so you'd be every time you crawled into a dark room.
