It's why the show works. Because the cast likes each other and has chemistry. They aren't just reporting to work to do a job they're a bunch of friends ribbing each other and just filming it for TV.

It’s hard for this show to keep my attention with Nick Wrights voice, I’m sorry.It’s like nails on chalkboard to me.By the middle of the show I usually want to turn my volume all the way down or change the channel completely.I do usually catch the opening I’m pretty sure is the best part anyway.
