I'm sad to see the show end but the finale really worked for me.

And it was time to wrap it up since it was originally conceived as a show about single friends living together, but now none of them are single anymore and they're even starting to pop out kids.

The flash forward was a nice way to confirm that they'll all remain friends and the more things change the more they stay the same in New Girl world.
