Based on what was said, I think Baki knew that Alai Jr was the better technical fighter. But he didn't have that killer instinct. Even Baki's girl knew he wasn't grounded and taking it seriously enough. Even after he got his ass handed to him by damn near everybody.
That fight went exactly as it should have. It was still
