Don't be fool by the trailer talk about how graphics look crazy. We gotta wait and see the gameplay first. There are a lot of games trailers got us fooled and lied to us that look like nothing when game dropped/released

No, Gloriana is a region in Vice City

"Vice City", is a city in the State of "Leonida"(Florida).

"Gloriana" would be another state(Georgia).

License plates are "State Specific".

As spotted by Twitter user bruh6269, a car plate was featured in the trailer that mentioned the state of Gloriana.

As you’ll likely know, GTA VI is set within Leonida, a fictionalised version of Florida.

Well, it’s believed that Gloriana is a version of the real-life neighbouring Georgia.

Also according to the initial leaks, GTA 6 was called "Project Americas".
