Nah. There's a difference between a-list rappers beefing on the mic and a rapper ppl don't normally listen to.
Joe is too nice with it but your average person doesn't know anything from him beyond a hook on pump it up
Edit: also, budden is a rapper rapper. He's not making music as a artist as much as he is as a rapper. I come for bars not dope songs.
