Oh you demand substance?

This is a “here my dear”. Project for Black women so that people can’t say they never gave you nothing.

Seriously if it didn’t buss Black lighthearted comedies would be regulated to Cubevision and TP flims.

wild thing is I didn’t see Underground but I heard it was criminally underated.

heard Oprah ( another woman who received the illuminati Button Press) did it as a “Here my Dear”. Project till she pulled the plug on it.

I was very very upset when Underground was cut from the network.

I'm reading a book right now called the Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett as consolation.

I wish Keke ND Sza good vibes I'm sure it will continue to be a hit for them

Never watched it tbh

Tbh I mostly watch Court TV so I'm not the right person for this convo lol
Substance and fukkery at the same time.

A court show couldn’t work in tea and crumpet land

first you’d have to explain the difference between a solicitor and magistrate Then they’d spend 30 mins fixing their powdered weaves.

I actually just go to real Crown Courts and sit in the public gallery to watch the fukkery in real time.

So what is the premise of this movie
Do they get High like Friday?

Oprah blamed production costs but the real reason is that they can’t rile up Black Americans too much.

Every time a show is too real they cancel it because at the end of the day although Black Americans are a minority we are a signficant minority.

Old folks still talk about how the show Roots affected them and made them look at white people funny.

I don’t know the premise of the show because I’m not the target audience, I wouldn’t know who Keke Palmer was if it wasn’t for her break up.

I guess it’s a movie about Black women trying to hustle pass brokeness. I think the plot is about them getting up their rent before they get evicted.

Is it true that you can’t get evicted in London per se?

All these American movies demand that you understand american context.

Oh so like a #RentDue movie 😂

You can get evicted however it's very difficult and a long process

Squatters do have rights here.
And the legal fees and time it takes to get tenants out makes it tedious.
Put it this way
My dad had tenants that didn't pay rent for over 10 months before he could take legal action against them.

To top it off as landlord he was responsible for not only the mortgage but all the repairs during that time that they refused to pay.
