:dwillhuh:I never understood the love for this guy's music.

one of you fukkin stans explain

me either for the longest. but then it literally just made sense one day and i was like :ohhh: for every song on his first two albums.

the thing with cudi, if u go in looking for complex lyricism, profound stream of thought, verbal dexterity, or just anything overly intricate... u wont get it. it's not what he does.

but that doesnt mean it's shallow. in fact. his music is ridiculously thoughtful, honest, dark, deep. in its own way, its fukking brilliant.

but it's mood music.

u just gotta let the rhythm take u along for the ride. when u do... :blessed:

He posted a tweet a long time ago saying there was an album before MOTM:III dropped in 2015, this is that album.

If you don't think he's working on MOTM3, here is a pic of him in the studio with Plain Pat in London from February:whoo:.

His music is for emotional/depressed type people who experiment with hallucinogen type drugs. Hippie shyt basically. It is depth is in a whole different different dimension than a Kendrick( social struggle) or Drake(female issues). This is why he uses the space metaphor so consistently. Agree with 2nd poster here. It either hits you or it doesn't. Just What I Am with King Chip was the last Cudi song that hit me right in the pulmonary artery.
