As many as 3,000 bicyclists may gather Friday evening at the Stephen P. Clark Government Center before heading out on an 11-mile ride as part of the Critical Mass movement.
The Critical Mass bike ride, which occurs on the last Friday of the month in Miami, rides north on Biscayne Blvd, past NW 17th St in Omni.
