I dont like this song or samurai.

He’s rapping his ass off, but he’s going deeper and deeper into this “lyrics over music” schtick and I hate that for him.

He has the same problem as eminem now. Seems like he just raps to show off how good he is at rapping, even if the actual music isn't that good.

He’s being super super duper wordy and squeezing a million words in every bar and internal rhyming in all types of different directions on this one so idk, to me it’s just flow pockets, I don’t think he’s off beat. I’m biased tho, I could be trying not to hear it cause that’s my guy, lol.

I think this song is deliberately "try hard" with the rhyming the way he is...I think he'll probably explain why he's doing that Eminem/Royce flow on this track specifically, this isn't his normal rap style. Remember, all this shhit ties into Amy Winehouse becoming a battle rapper, lol. Everything Lupe does is methodical I've come to notice.
