Did max specifically tell them to murk dude? if not how the hell is he in jail for murder
Conspiracy is a hell of a law. You can pretty much get anyone locked up on a conspiracy charge as long as you have someone that is willing to testify and say that you masterminded it. Max didn't have the right counsel though. His lawyer was rambling on youtube about how he was going to handle the case. You should NEVER discuss legal matters or strategies ever.

It sounds like he could have beat the case depending on how much communication he had with them from the time conway saw the bag of money, made the phone call to max all the way up to the time to when the lick was pulled. He could have took the stand in his own defense and said look at the phone records. We had no communication.

He used a public defender on a Conspiracy charge?!

Man crazy thing is, he sold all his publishing to post 1.5 Million dollar bail and ball for a year or so before he went in for life.

Dope read tho. In reflection, he seems to think he fed all the stereotypes that the jury saw and used to make a decision on his case. I agree with him. These stupid pictures and videos, the same shyt that gave the jury reasonable doubt in the Trayvon case.

nah, it wasn't a public defender. it was a lawyer that agreed to take the case for free. dude prolly figured that he would blow up and become a big-time lawyer off this case.

For conspiracy, you're liable for the acts of those involved that were committed in furtherance of the conspiracy.

So even though he wasn't there, and even if he didn't tell his co-conspirators to kill dude, he's liable for murder because the killing was a act to further the robbery.

Great interview, gain more respect for French Montana keeping Max alive in the streets. Byrd Gang Era Max B was something special, like every song he was on he just stole the show
