One of my friends is having trouble getting into the game because of how dumb EA is with the way they permanently tie emails to accounts.
He hasn't played an EA game in over 10 years.
His original EA account is tied to his current PSN with an email that he doesn't and hasn't had access to in over 10 years.
I was explaining to him that the only way for him to play the game at this point would be to make sure his PS5 is set to "home" for family sharing > create a new email > create a new PSN name > create a new EA account > link the new accounts.
It's annoying as all hell but I can't think of any other real solution.
Dude even pre-ordered the game based on us hyping it up and he was pissed to find out he's locked out of the game.

ea has the worst customer service with email issues. i can't access that old ass yahoo account.

at least they let me play. i just dont have access to do anything else. i probably won't buy the game for that reason.

I will never understand why ppl are so thirsty to pre-order games. Especially in the digital age.

You’re giving them incentive to stop caring earlier than they really should. EA especially hasn’t earned the right in a decade + to have any of their shyt pre ordered.

My thoughts:

Gameplay is better than 2042. Just feels like you are in the battle and its more immersed. You feel engaged in the battle and not just a bystander wondering where the action is.

Some nitpicks: I don't like the "kill cam" I know its been that way since battlefield 4, I always liked the Bc2 and bf3 cam. Just a presentation thing that I thought looked cool.

RPGs seemed nerfed. I shot like 4 RPGs at a cluster of dudes and no damage at all was reported. Yet some guy killed me with one from across the map it seemed. Lol

Kills could be more satisfying. Sometimes it seems like you have to empty an entire clip just to get a kill. That's annoying.

Overall its pretty fun, its battlefield not cod, its meant to be its own animal. Full scale war not a paintball type map shooter. It does feel like an actual battle and thats always been what BF has been about and makes it different and difficult at times.

I must say: I liked this beta enough to go ahead a preorder BF6 . Really like what they did with Conquest. To me, it didn't feeling like I had to run 10 minutes just to find some action
