Just realized it's been a minute since I posted new material in the Booth. Over the last few months I've been producing beats for my album, I took a loss with the mic preamp I had so I've been doing nothing but making beats and writing on them

I got tired of waiting for a good opportunity to hit the studio so I literally recorded this one on my phone in one take in front of my pop filter Surprisingly, it actually worked


Anyway, hope y'all enjoy this one, this is me on the mic and the beat. Studio version coming soon lol

I don't think you should try to hold a note, the melodic rapping sounds good

I think the hook could use some work, I think it's too singy, if you could make it into smaller melodies where you don't have to hold a note as much at the hook it would sound better

the song that followed is what I'm talking about is short melodies versus singing, unless you plan to autotune and make sure those notes hit right

see how breh did that hook, short melodies




don't get me wrong you're talented because the rapping is very good, but I don't want you to overextend yourself

hope you don't take offense, I know I like brutally honest feedback so I give the same
