While I think reparations are deserved, I don’t know if I believe its realistic. I’m just making observations. If that happens to be an argument for or against reparations, it is what it is.

the comparison. None of those tribes got reparations. They ceded land and signed treaties. And the Japanese and Holocaust folks were directly impacted. The comparison is dumb and meaningless

Nah brah, respectfully, the difference was it was a whole gameplan designed to inflict specifically for us..the Japanese racism was reactive from WW2
Alot of methods that they did on the Natives, they perfected on us, like taking the children and putting them in "Christianity Camps", abusing them, stripping them of their identities. Only difference is you can't be successful doing that on a populations home turf.

Holocaust was inflicted by a foreign European power, and it was fukked up that it happened to them too..
ADOS are/were directly impacted today, lack of economic base is the reason most if not all our affairs are so messed up till this day.

Because getting the Congress to agree to pay that number doesn’t seem likely. And getting a President to do some politcal maneuvering to bypass Congress, especially in this climate, seems even more unlikely

These 5 million for every AA is a red herring. They know they can say that number is impossible at both a state and federal level. This is why I say black people need to lower that number and see how unserious they are. 20K for 300 thousand black people is about 6 billion,very manageable. Give some black people the option to settle for 20K. What they do with that idea on a state level ,will let us see how serious/unserious they are.
