I think those are normal numbers if you played the main game and DLC. I only have one playthrough of Witcher 3 and I clocked 252 hours.

I do remembering a dark period in my life where I would drink a six pack of beer and chase as many question marks as I could, on the map, until none where left smh. It was cool that they fleshed out a cool story or quest for most of them.
