It made no sense. Even if you bought into the doubts about GotG's success (which were always kinda dumb, tbh), look at all the stupid, low rent projects WWE has helped promote over the years. The same people who helped advertise The Three Stooges movie thought a Disney/Marvel joint was beneath them? And then they wonder why people say they're out of touch.
